Please Submit yourself ONLY if you are NON-UNION and NY Based!! PLEASE include "submission notes" with your submission as to where your Mother lives (the driving distance should be NO MORE than 2 hours of NYC), the size of her kitchen and the size of your kitchen, and what your favorite dish of hers is and why! Hard-copy submissions, INCLUDING a picture or pictures of you AND your Mother should be sent NO later than this Friday, July 10th

OVERVIEW:
This is a reality type program that will feature a REAL Daughter and Mother pair! The concept of this reality show is that the daughter truly LOVES her Mom's cooking and will actually surprise her Mother with the host and Lifetime Crew in the Mother's home... and then on the second day of shooting, the Mother will teach the daughter how to cook some of her unique or special dishes and we'll watch the Mom and daughter interact, etc! The show ends with the Mother and Daughter serving their dishes to the host and whole family.

SEEKING:
Real Daughters: 23-40 years old, ANY ethnicity... If the Daughter or Mother is Foreign, they must both speak fluent English with only a slight accent. We will be auditioning the Daughters but are ultimately casting you AND your REAL Mother!! You should exude high energy and a great sense of humor, as should your Mother! You must be 100% willing to SURPRISE your mother with the crew from Lifetime on the first day of shooting, if you and your Mother are picked as a pair!! You must really love your Mom's cooking and there should be a special or unusual dish or dishes that she prepares that is out of the ordinary... OR it could be a common dish that she prepares VERY differently from the norm, ie, with exotic ingredients, for example. ONLY submit if you really fit the requirements listed here!

1) Daughter must really have a Mother that lives within commuting distance of NYC and is NO MORE than 2 hours driving distance from the city. (Mom should live in either the 5 boroughs, LI, Western or Southern CT, Northern NJ, or the Westchester areas) and the Mom NEEDS to have a LARGE kitchen that can accommodate 5 people (an island stove set-up would be ideal)! On the other hand, if your Mother doesn't have a LARGE kitchen (as described above) but YOU DO, please submit yourself since we can still likely make it "work".
2) Daughter should be 23-40 years old and the Mother should be approximately 43-65 years old, both with great energy, sense of humor, upbeat personality, etc...
3) Daughter MUST be 100% completely willing to SURPRISE her Mother for the purposes of this series!

All materials submitted will become property of the production company and will not be returned, so please send only copies of photos - not originals.
